From fully re-engineered off-road supercars to high-performance drivetrain conversions and rally-ready platforms, our work sits at the intersection of precision engineering and real-world durability.We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Technician who can execute at a high level and take pride in building something far beyond a typical shop job.This is not a standard maintenance role—you’ll be working on custom builds, performance upgrades, and unique one-off projects that require attention to detail, problem-solving, and mechanical skill.Key Responsibilities-Perform mechanical work on custom builds, conversions, and performance vehicles-Assist with engine, drivetrain, suspension, and braking system installs-Execute tear-downs, reassembly, and system upgrades-Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues during builds-Work closely with fabrication and engineering teams on fitment and functionality-Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment-Follow GlasWerks quality, safety, and performance standards-Document work performed and note any issues or changes during buildsQualifications-Strong understanding of basic vehicle systems (engine, suspension, brakes, drivetrain)-Ability to work independently and as part of a team-Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment-High attention to detail and pride in workmanship-Valid driver’s license-Ability to communicate effectively in EnglishPreferred Experience:-Experience with performance or modified vehicles-Familiarity with aftermarket parts installation-Interest in off-road, rally, or motorsports builds-Experience with Ford platforms or V8 platforms is a plusWhat We Offer:-Competitive pay based on experience-Hands-on involvement in unique, high-end builds-Opportunity to grow within GlasWerks Special Operations-Access to high-level tools, equipment, and projects-A team focused on quality, performance, and craftsmanship
