Data Entry Clerk – Accounting Support (Onsite)

Location: Manassas, VA

Pay Rate: $18/hour

About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join their accounting team. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, self‑motivated, and able to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately perform data entry tasks related to financial and accounting records

  • Review statements and assist with account reconciliation

  • Maintain well‑organized digital and physical filing systems

  • Use Microsoft Excel to support basic financial reporting

  • Work independently while following established procedures and instructions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent time‑management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience C oncur is a plus, but not required
