Role Summary:
The Jr. Sales Supervisor (Indirect Trade) develops, implements, coordinates, and supervises activities related to customers to achieve the company's commercial objectives, serving as a liaison between points of sale and the central customer administration. It is responsible for the distributor sales, along with the Regional Executive.
Responsibilities:
Map the points of sale in the assigned area to ensure coverage and ensure the accurate implementation of the 5 P’s; supervise the distributor sales force to meet sales objectives and coordinate execution.
Analyze sales and distribution results to evaluate compliance with objectives.
Supervise and control the distribution, sales, promotional activities, inventory control, and product turnover of customers.
Find opportunities and convey them to the Sales Executive to develop strategies that respond to competitive changes in the market.
Manage and implement display guidelines.
Deliver promotional material to the distributor’s merchandisers and verify its appropriate use.
Required Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields
Upper intermediate to advanced English proficiency
At least +1 year of experience in commercial positions
Availability to constantly travel to different territories in Nicaragua
Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
Good interpersonal relationships
Sales and negotiation techniques
Sales experience in FMCG companies
