ManpowerGroup Senior Data Engineer in Malvern, Pennsylvania
Our client, a global medical technology leader, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their team. As a Senior ETL Data Engineer, you will be part of the Data Engineering & Integration department, supporting commercial business teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance. With a major SAP migration underway—requiring the internal team to rewrite SQL/SAP logic ahead of a 2026 go‑live—this role will provide essential operational coverage.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset. This individual will take charge of monitoring and troubleshooting current data pipelines across Airflow, DBT, SQL Server, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory, allowing internal teams to focus exclusively on the SAP initiative.
Job Title: Senior Data Engineer - 6+ Month Contract

Pay Range:
$50-54/hour (W2)
What’s the Job?
Monitor and troubleshoot daily Airflow‑orchestrated ETL pipelines
Support data operations across SQL Server, Snowflake, DBT, and Azure Data Factory
Investigate and resolve pipeline failures, errors, and data quality issues
Handle API‑based data tasks and cross‑system integrations
Communicate issues and updates to BI, Data Science, and business stakeholders
What’s Needed?
5+ years of hands‑on Data Engineering or Data Operations experience
Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS (MSSQL, Postgres)
Proven experience with Airflow and cloud data tools (Snowflake, ADF)
Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi‑system data workflows
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and ownership‑driven mindset
