Vanguard Request for Proposal, Specialist in Malvern, Pennsylvania
Core Responsibilities
Responds to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) using pre-written text and creating new text for complex and high profile opportunities. May review RFPs from more senior professionals for quality control and guidance.
Reviews, interprets, and researches questions about Vanguard and related subject matters within short timeframes. Owns the RFP completion process at each stage, including research, writing, revision, and production.
Performs research on investments, fund performance, or other financial services topics. Coordinates subject matter expert research as needed.
Assists with RFP content management to update samples for future use and archive final responses for retrieval.
May respond to other requests, including industry surveys, as needed.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least five years related work experience and two years Prior RFP/RFI experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
RFP knowledge management experience
Strong stakeholder management
High emotional intelligence
Strategic thinking
Persuasive writing
Strong project management skills
