IDR Inc Project Manager in Malvern, Pennsylvania
IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Malvern, PA. This role is with an organization that specializes in financial services, focusing on delivering impactful project solutions. The position provides a chance to be part of a dynamic team supporting project delivery and training coordination initiatives.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Lead day-to-day project management activities, including status tracking, timelines, and delivery coordination
- Provide clear, consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders
- Organize, plan, and manage project-related training initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Support financial-related project components, leveraging accounting or financial background as applicable
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- 3--5 years of Project Management experience
- Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills
- Experience with traditional project management practices (status reporting, coordination, delivery oversight)
- Ability to manage and structure training plans
- Local to Malvern, PA and able to work onsite 2--3 days per week
