Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

$25/hr (Training) $28/hr (2nd Shift)

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Process Operator I for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Malvern, PA. This is a hands-on production role working with active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients in a highly regulated cGMP environment.

Pay & Schedule

• $25/hour during training

• $28/hour once transitioned to 2nd shift

• Temp-to-Hire

• Training Schedule (First Shift):

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (for a couple of months)

• Permanent Schedule (Second Shift):

Monday–Thursday | 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Enjoy 3-day weekends every week once on permanent shift!

What You’ll Do

As a Process Operator, you will:

• Perform micronization and milling of pharmaceutical materials (hazardous & non-hazardous)

• Set up and operate production equipment

• Monitor batch processes and complete batch records following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

• Work in strict compliance with cGMP guidelines

• Identify and report deviations or non-routine events

• Clean processing areas and equipment thoroughly

• Contribute to First Time Right (FTR) performance goals

• Participate in shift meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

This is a site-based, regulated production environment requiring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs (up to 44 lbs individually)

• Ability to wear a fully enclosed air suit / respirator hood

• Basic math skills

• Dependable with strong attendance

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Preferred:

• Prior manufacturing or production experience

• Experience in a regulated environment (GMP preferred)

• Ability to work overtime as needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Wear required PPE including respirator hood, gloves, safety glasses, and safety shoes

• Work with high potency pharmaceutical ingredients (HPAPI)

• Stand or walk up to 8 hours per shift

• Perform moderate physical labor: lifting, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, twisting

• Work in loud environments with hearing protection

• Climb ladders and occasionally work on elevated platforms

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
