Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager / Chef Manager to lead a dynamic corporate dining program at St. Gobain in Malvern, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys full ownership of a multifaceted food operation.
About the Role
As the #1 on site , you will oversee the entire day-to-day operation, including a modern café, catering, and Office Coffee Service (OCS) program. You’ll serve as the primary client partner while leading a small, dedicated team and delivering an exceptional workplace dining experience.

Incentives
M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, and 1 or 2 weekends a year
What You'll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong and trusted relationships
Lead and manage all aspects of the operation, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
Drive menu planning and culinary innovation for café and catering programs
Oversee ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
Manage and execute catering production and service
Recruit, train, and lead a team of 6 hourly associates , fostering engagement and accountability
Ensure consistent excellence in food quality, presentation, safety, and service
