Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and enterprise applications in on-premises, virtualized and cloud environments. Deploy and support cloud-based infrastructure and services to meet business and client requirements. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and apply upgrades and patches to maintain availability. Manage user accounts, access controls, and security policies to safeguard systems and data. Implement automation and configuration management tools to streamline system administration tasks. Maintain backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Analyze logs, alerts, and system activity to identify and resolve performance or security issues. Support application deployments and operational workflows, including integration with development teams. Document system configurations, procedures, and technical standards to support compliance and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to evaluate technologies and recommend system improvements.
