What You’ll Do
Lead and own critical projects or key workstreams, taking charge of project plans to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results. Projects often have enterprise-wide implications.
Shape the future by developing and implementing project strategies that align with bold business objectives.
Inspire and empower cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Communicate with influence — engage stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior leadership, keeping everyone aligned and energized.
Anticipate and conquer challenges by identifying risks early and crafting innovative solutions.
Champion best practices and share your expertise to elevate project delivery across the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years related work experience with two years of managing a project. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
Consulting mindset and a passion for driving change. Direct consulting experience is a strong advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
Certifications like PMP, Prosci or Agile are highly valued.
