SoftSages Technology Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative (Staffing) in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and result-driven Business Development Executive / SDR who has a hardcore sales hunter mindset and a strong desire to build a long-term career in the staffing and recruitment industry.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are confident communicators, quick learners, and not afraid of targets, cold outreach, and client acquisition.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Acquire new clients (Direct Clients / MSPs / Vendors) for IT staffing services
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Pitch staffing services confidently and handle objections effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and reporting tools
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and staffing industry practices

     

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Energetic, confident, and self-driven "hunter" sales attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the staffing domain
  • Comfortable with cold calling and aggressive business development
  • Basic knowledge of sales concepts and B2B environment
  • Graduation in any discipline (MBA/Sales background is a plus, not mandatory)

  • Freshers with strong sales mindset are encouraged to apply
