Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and result-driven Business Development Executive / SDR who has a hardcore sales hunter mindset and a strong desire to build a long-term career in the staffing and recruitment industry.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are confident communicators, quick learners, and not afraid of targets, cold outreach, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Acquire new clients (Direct Clients / MSPs / Vendors) for IT staffing services
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Pitch staffing services confidently and handle objections effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and reporting tools
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and staffing industry practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Energetic, confident, and self-driven "hunter" sales attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in the staffing domain
- Comfortable with cold calling and aggressive business development
- Basic knowledge of sales concepts and B2B environment
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA/Sales background is a plus, not mandatory)
