Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Description

The Accounts Payable clerk will provide essential support to the AP group, focusing on processing invoices using SAP and Esker, as well as maintaining vendor accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Review purchase order-backed invoices and conduct a three-way match among the invoice, purchase order, and receipt of goods.

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Plant Administrators, and Cost Accountants to resolve invoice holds related to pricing, quantity, and goods receipts.

  • Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox and respond to inquiries from vendors and business units regarding invoices and payments.

  • Distribute invoices to appropriate parties for proper receiving on a purchase order, as well as for coding and approvals at either the Plant or Corporate level.

Essential Skills

  • Two or more years of experience in Accounts Payable within organizations with revenues exceeding $40 million.

  • One or more years of experience in vendor communication (both written and oral).

  • One or more years of experience with three-way matching and purchase orders.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.

Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with the expectation to be onsite three days per week. During the initial training period, onsite presence may increase to four or five days per week.

This is a Contract position based out of Malvern, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
