Glazier Food Service Inside Customer Service Representative in Malone, New York
Glazier Packing Company, in Malone NY, is seeking an Inside Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills.
Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone & email - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Process orders - Conduct inside sales calls to national account customers - Communicate effectively in English; proficiency in or other languages is a plus
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a customer service role - Strong phone etiquette - Proficiency in data entry and computer systems - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
