Franklin County Personnel Department Clerk- Social Services in Malone, New York

Franklin County residency is required. There is currently an eligible list in effect from which candidate(s) will be contacted for their interest in the vacancy. If a candidate has previously held this title permanently and wishes to ask for reinstatement (for permanent positions only), contact the Personnel Department for instructions. OR * If current eligible list is exhausted, Provisional Appointment Pending Civil Service Exam to be Administered on February 18th, May 20th, August 22nd and November 18, 2026. * Interested candidates should apply for this posting and exam separately as long as posted. See exam announcement for dates of upcoming exams and deadline to apply for exam. Applications will be accepted per qualifications listed below, during posting period. A) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma; or B) One (1) year of clerical experience.
