Franklin County Personnel Department Assistant Social Services Attorney in Malone, New York
Franklin County is hiring for an Assistant Social Services Attorney
Under the general supervision of the Commissioner of Social Services and the Social Services Attorney, is responsible for specialized professional work in the handling of legal problems arising in the operation of the County Department. The incumbent provides legal counsel to the department and represents the department in the Courts of New York under the supervisor of the social Services Attorney. Independent judgment is exercised in assigned matters. Supervision is not a responsibility of this position
Graduation from a law school of recognized standing.
Special Requirement: Admission to the NYS Bar.
