Your role and responsibilities
As a Complex Project Manager: SAP HANA, you will be responsible for managing complex SAP HANA projects from initiation to delivery, leading cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality results. Your expertise in SAP HANA, project management, and leadership will enable you to navigate complex project landscapes and deliver results that meet client expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring successful project execution and high-quality results that meet client expectations. • Navigate Complex Project Landscapes: Mitigate risks and leverage your expertise in SAP HANA and project management to drive project success. • Deliver High-Quality Results: Ensure that project outcomes meet client expectations, driving business value and satisfaction. • Develop Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs. • Drive Successful Project Execution: Oversee project activities, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Deep Expertise in SAP HANA: Proven experience in managing complex SAP HANA projects, with a strong understanding of the technology and its applications. • Strategic Project Management: Experience in developing and executing project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution. • Leadership in Complex Projects: A track record of navigating complex project landscapes, mitigating risks, and delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations. • Technical Project Planning: Experience in creating comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs. • Enterprise-Level Project Delivery: Proven ability to oversee project activities, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards in a large-scale setting.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Advanced SAP HANA Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP HANA architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts, enabling the development of innovative solutions and optimization of existing systems. • Expertise in Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive iterative and incremental project delivery, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in complex project environments. • Enterprise IT Landscape: Familiarity with enterprise IT landscapes, including integration with other SAP products, such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM, or SAP SCM, to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
