Description - Job Summary
The Consulting Analyst role is pivotal in driving business success through strategic analysis and process optimization. With a focus on business operations and stakeholder management the analyst will leverage their expertise in business process modeling and domain knowledge to enhance organizational efficiency. This hybrid role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in business analysis and agile methodologies contributing to impactful solutions that align with company goal
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans that drive business success.
Utilize business process modeling techniques to create detailed process maps that enhance understanding and facilitate process improvements.
Apply domain knowledge to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Oversee business operations to ensure efficiency effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
Implement agile methodologies such as Scrum to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to develop solutions that meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Provide expertise in business analysis and process optimization to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain documentation that accurately reflects business processes and changes ensuring transparency and accountability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across the organization.
Leverage supply chain management and multi-channel domain skills to enhance business operations and drive growth.
Qualifications
Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in business analysis and process modeling.
Demonstrate expertise in stakeholder management and effective communication strategies.
Have a deep understanding of business operations and domain knowledge relevant to the industry.
Experience with agile methodologies particularly Scrum is essential for successful project delivery.
Familiarity with supply chain management and multi-channel strategies is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Certifications Required
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Scrum Master Certification
