You will be part of a hands‑on, operational mechanical team, working with a diverse fleet of equipment in a structured and safety‑oriented environment, with a strong focus on reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Job Description
Repair and maintenance of an industrial and heavy machinery fleet consisting of approximately 60 machines of different sizes, power ranges, and applications.
Job Duties
• Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs
• Washing and cleaning of machinery
• Refuelling and performance of maintenance tasks
• Assembly and disassembly: execution of complex assembly and disassembly of industrial and construction machinery
• Execution of repairs on automotive and industrial equipment in a safe manner and with minimal supervision
• Work based on service manuals, maintenance manuals, and technical schematics
• Shared responsibility for keeping workshop areas clean and for complying with contamination control and safety guidelines, supporting high‑quality technical operations
Diagnostics (Evaluation and Repair)
The candidate will perform diagnostic evaluations to identify required repairs or improvement actions on major equipment systems, using standard tools and limited instrumentation to determine root causes of failures.
This work requires strong mechanical skills, diagnostic capabilities, and a solid understanding of industrial equipment systems.
Knowledge or experience in electrical systems, electronics, sensors, and modern machinery technologies will be valued in order to support fault finding, system evaluation, and equipment optimization activities. Basic welding and cutting skills will be applied when required.
Required / Desired Skills
• Effective verbal and written communication with technical staff and other employees regarding machine condition, identified issues, or suggested improvements
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑based technical environment
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and/or heavy mobile equipment
• Desirable minimum experience of 5 years as a service technician or industrial mechanic performing maintenance, diagnostic, and repair activities
• Valued knowledge in electricity, electronics, and control systems applied to industrial or mobile equipment
• Interest in or familiarity with new technologies, digital diagnostics, and modern technical tools used in industrial environments
• Basic experience operating heavy machinery, required for safe loading, unloading, and movement of equipment within the facilities
• Medium‑High English level, spoken and written, for technical documentation, reporting, and operational communication
• Experience with digital service information systems to access parts information, repair manuals, and technical documentation will be considered an advantage

Additional Information:
• A valid work permit or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
• This role requires up to 10% of business travel time.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
