We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing software solutions within the Consumer Lending domain. With a focus on GCP, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, Angular, JavaScript and MySQL, you will ensure high-quality deliverables in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts. Your contributions will drive innovation and efficiency impacting both the company and society positively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust software applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular to enhance consumer lending processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions on GCP ensuring seamless integration and deployment.

• Implement efficient SQL queries to manage and retrieve data optimizing database performance for consumer lending applications.

• Utilize JavaScript to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces improving user experience and engagement.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance adhering to industry standards.

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Analyze and interpret consumer lending requirements to develop tailored software solutions that meet business objectives.

• Oversee the software development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products in a hybrid work model.

• Adapt to rotational shifts maintaining productivity and efficiency across different working hours.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in consumer lending safeguarding data integrity and security.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance software capabilities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary changes aligning software solutions with business goals.
