Job Description
An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
Responsibilities

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
Key
Responsibilities
Provide implementation services to new and existing customers
Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality
Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements
Conduct consulting sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summaries
Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
Provide Sales / Account Management support
- Support the sales cycle through solution review and feedback, and assistance with scoping and estimation
Contribute to internal PS initiatives
Document solutions and contribute to solutions repository
Document Best Practices and share with PS practice
Participate in SME program in area(s) of interest and expertise
Focus on Continuing Education
Contribute to internal PS knowledge share; Review posted feedback on a continuous basis
Participate in Continuing Education sessions
Be fully versed on functionality released with each new product upgrade.

Experience with software in a SaaS environment including any experience with Accounting, Sales Force Automation, Marketing Campaigns and Web presence
Consulting experience with QuickBooks Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuite
Pre-sales consulting experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
Master’s degree or post graduate coursework preferred
Professional Experience
8+ years’ experience in systems applications consulting with a consulting firm or software provider
3+ years in Consultant role with NetSuite Professional Services
Promotion Criteria
Demonstrates advanced knowledge in at least 2 major areas of NetSuite functionality – i.e. ERP, CRM, Ecommerce, OpenAir
Regularly exceeds personal utilization targets on a quarterly basis
Exceeds Customer Reference Targets and Customer Satisfaction Survey Score Targets
Contributes to internal PS Knowledge Share
Active participant in NetSuite Mentoring Program
Supports the Sales process as a PS Subject Matter Expert, with minimal guidance from Management
Ability to lead a team of Consultants on large PS engagements
