As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, playing a key role in driving sales initiatives and building trusted relationships with customers. You will proactively identify new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
Proactively seek and engage new customers for cloud and software solutions.
Initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify clients’ interest and identify sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Develop creative pitches and propositions tailored to specific industry sectors.
Follow up on leads and opportunities, managing the sales pipeline with accuracy.
Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines and close sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are delivered.
Attend regular team meetings to share updates and best practices.
Contribute to team success by sharing and implementing ideas based on standard processes.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM to support targeted marketing and business development.
What we need to see from you
Proven experience in initiating and conducting outbound calls to qualify clients' interest in cloud solutions.
Demonstrated ability in identifying and crafting sales opportunities, producing leads, and closing sales for CSP.
Experience hunting for new CSP customers.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a database with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and determined to achieve targets.
