Oracle HR Consultant in MAKATI, Philippines

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with Oracle business leaders and HR COEs to deliver local, regional, and divisional HR programs and services aligned to business priorities, Oracle policies, and applicable country labor laws.

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor and coach to managers and employees across the full range of HR programs.

  • Translate business strategy into HR priorities by providing insight, shaping workforce and talent approaches, and driving initiatives that support organizational goals.

  • Lead delivery of country HR support across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, hiring support, onboarding, development, engagement/retention, internal mobility, and offboarding.

  • Champion the employee experience across all HR touchpoints; identify opportunities to improve connection, productivity, engagement, and retention.

  • Manage employee relations (ER) matters by advising on concerns, resolving issues proactively, and managing escalations in a fair, timely, and consistent manner.

  • Leverage HR systems and data to analyze trends, identify risks/opportunities, and provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement.

  • Provide timely, business-relevant communications and guidance to the assigned client group on HR topics, policies, and programs, aligned to business rhythms and key milestones.

  • Lead and/or contribute to HR projects and change initiatives (e.g., organizational change, performance and talent management, learning, acquisitions/integration), and track impact against agreed success measures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years work related experience as an HR Generalist is REQUIRED for this role

  • Background in technology, shared services or sales organizations is an advantage.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Good business acumen, ability to understand business situations and to quickly identify and respond to situations.

  • Good understanding of the HR legal and compliance landscape

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Will be required to report to our Makati Office at least 3x a week

Responsibilities

Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Work on employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Ensures accurate processing of information in HRIS systems. Properly manages and maintains employment records and the processing of employee information. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Partner with the HR team on special projects. Create & provide reports on various aspects of HR. Assist in the development of collateral material for HR initiatives. May perform other duties as assigned.
