Team Leader – Global Accounts, Health Solutions

What the day will look like
Client Relationship Management
Client Onboarding: Oversee the smooth onboarding of new global clients, ensuring alignment with their benefits goals.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for customer concerns and strategic discussions.
Needs Assessment: Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to tailor benefits solutions accordingly.
Regular Reviews: Conduct periodic account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning
Global Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies to meet clients’ diverse and multinational requirements.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on local and global benefits trends and compliance requirements to provide informed advice.
Renewals & Negotiations: Lead contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and benefit plan adjustments.
Team Leadership
Team Development: Support, train, and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure high performance.
Performance Monitoring: Set critical metrics for the team and track progress against account goals.
Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as the Broking Team, Data and Analytics, Strategic Advisory and Health Transformation, and all the Global Consultants from around the Aon world.
Operational Oversight
Issue Resolution: Address complex client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of reports on account performance, claims trends, and program metrics.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Compliance: Ensure all global benefits programs align with local laws and regulations.
Financial Management
Budget Oversight: Monitor revenue targets and ensure cost-effective management.
Revenue Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue generation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication
Global Coordination: Act as a liaison between local, regional, and global teams, ensuring seamless communication and consistent service delivery of local plans.
Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on account performance and strategic initiatives.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business, Human Resource or other medical science related courses.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant consulting experience in the industry.
Excellent presentation, business writing and communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Extensive experience in project management.
Proven exceptional client management and stakeholder management skills.
Supports Aon brand building activities by developing and delivering thought leadership in the market.
Balance of strategic vision, hands-on management, and excellent interpersonal skills to drive successful outcomes in a complex, global environment
