Innovation & Integrated Solutions Research Coordinator

What the day will look like
Data Analysis & Research:
Monitor, interpret and summarize updates to state and federal requirements, laws, regulations and related details to ensure clients stay in compliance
Engage in ongoing process improvement in how research is conducted – including use of AI and related tools
Prepare benchmarking analyses and summarize findings for use in client deliverables
Document Preparation & Technical Support:
Draft memos, presentations, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Contribute to the development of white papers, articles, and thought leadership pieces
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality work
Participate in knowledge sharing, training sessions, and internal meetings to build expertise

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, or equivalent) a plus
2–5 years of professional experience in a legal, healthcare, research, or related analytical role
Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data sets and preparing reports
Excellent drafting and written communication skills
Familiarity with US Healthcare system and regulatory compliance concepts
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and internet tools
Experience with reviewing state and federal compliance requirements
Exposure to US Healthcare system
Prior experience in healthcare, legal, or research settings
