Client Payments Specialist (Fixed-Term)

What the day will look like

  • Accounts Receivable tasks such as payment collections, investigation and allocations

  • Reconciling large volume of transactions - invoices, loans, payments.

  • Managing aging of Cash on Account

  • Processing credit card payment via phone

  • Processing credit card refund

  • Vetting and review of all other types of refund

  • Managing various shared mailboxes

  • Regular Debtor Meetings with AU Stakeholders
