Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
Execute marketing strategies and sales initiatives to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Identify, research, and develop new market segments and applications to drive business growth.
Analyze sales performance data to uncover opportunities for improved productivity, efficiency, and revenue growth.
Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities within existing customer portfolios across hospital, clinic, and optical channels.
Provide professional product training and usage support to HCPs, ECPs, and customers to ensure optimal adoption and satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs to explore sales and purchasing opportunities across private and public healthcare sectors.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead on equipment strategy, marketing initiatives, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with federal, state, local, and company regulations, while managing reports, account support, and assigned sales projects or events.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
2–4 years of relevant sales or commercial experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Proficient in computer applications and comfortable working with sales data and reports.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
