Robert Half Data Entry Clerk in Maitland, Florida
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Maitland, Florida. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in handling data across multiple systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in managing spreadsheets, importing and exporting data, and maintaining accuracy throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
• Input and manage data across two systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Extract data from shared folders and organize it into spreadsheets.
• Enter information into a sales system, export data, and prepare templates for integration into other systems.
• Utilize Excel for data manipulation, including formulas and advanced functions.
• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed efficiently and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain organized records and adhere to company protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve data processes.
• Handle large volumes of numeric data with precision and speed.
• Apply computer skills to troubleshoot minor issues and optimize data entry operations.
• Monitor and validate data for errors or inconsistencies. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry, with a focus on numeric and computer-based tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and manage data imports and exports.
• Familiarity with HVAC or related industries is a plus.
• Effective typing skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment.
