Location: Maiden, NC
We are hiring Hand Sanders, Sprayers, and Highlighters to join a furniture finishing department in a well-established manufacturing facility in Maiden, NC.
Available Positions
Hand Sander
Finish Sprayer
Highlighter / Touch-Up Technician
Job Responsibilities
Hand sanding furniture components to prepare for finishing
Applying stains, finishes, and coatings using spray equipment
Highlighting and touch-up work to ensure high-quality appearance
Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency
Following safety, quality, and production standards
Working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications
Manufacturing or finishing experience preferred (training available for the right candidates)
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to work with hand tools and spray equipment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
