System One Associate Quality Assurance Engineer in Mahwah, New Jersey
Job Title: Associate Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Mahwah, NJ
Type: Contract
Compensation: $33.33 - $43.33/hr
Responsibilities
Read, understand, document, and approve PPAP
Understand and approve FAI, DCP, PFMEA, IGS, and Manufacturing Procedures
Effectively communicate with suppliers for various technical and quality matters
Investigate nonconformances and CAPAs in collaboration with suppliers
Apply knowledge of supply chain, operations, and production processes
Demonstrate proficiency with PLCM systems such as OnePLM, Windchill, and SAP
Utilize production software including MES, EPS, Oracle, and I Factory
Manage engineering changes such as ECR, ECN, and CT
Work independently utilizing professional judgment and expertise in a specialized field
Requirements
College degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Professional mastery of quality assurance and engineering processes
Strong understanding of supply chain, operations, and production systems
Ability to investigate nonconformances and CAPAs
Knowledge of PLCM systems (OnePLM, Windchill, SAP)
Familiarity with production software (MES, EPS, Oracle, I Factory)
Experience with engineering change documentation (ECR, ECN, CT)
