Pearson Test Centre Associate (Mumbai, Maharashtra) in Maharashtra, India
Job Summary:
Join us as a part-time, fully onsite Invigilator—where every day is different! We offer flexible scheduling with standard operational shifts typically occurring between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm , Monday through Sunday. Candidates should remain open to a stretch schedule extending until 11:00 pm as required by business needs or peak volume periods, paid travel, and the chance to create a welcoming, secure exam experience for every candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in candidates, verify ID, and explain exam procedures
Proctor exams, ensuring strict compliance with all testing policies
Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams
Maintain a clean, safe environment by sanitizing workstations after each exam
Adapt to changing schedules and support smooth test center operations
Required Skills and Competencies:
Adaptability to flexible shifts and changing tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and operational excellence
Problem-solving and troubleshooting
Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Graduate in any relevant field
Fluent in English
Open to flexible scheduling (shifts scheduled between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm, Monday–Sunday)
Freshers welcome
Part-time, fully onsite (20 hours/week, with potential for more)
Paid travel allowance
