Job Summary

Responsibilities
Lead project planning and execution ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITSM solutions within the Process Manufacturing Industry to optimize workflows
Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within set timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan
Facilitate effective communication among team members to foster a collaborative work environment
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management
Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement driving continuous enhancement of processes
Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and ensure successful outcomes
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of solutions
Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and implement necessary adjustments
Utilize your functional knowledge to design innovative solutions that meet client needs

Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and its application within the Process Manufacturing Industry
Demonstrate a deep understanding of functional knowledge and design principles
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships
Have a proven track record of successful project management in a hybrid work model
Show proficiency in analyzing data and implementing process improvements
Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for advanced certifications in project management.
