Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience leading planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven platforms, data solutions, and agent-based systems, aligned with Publicis Groupe EMEA initiatives. The role will ensure technical consistency, scalability, and industrialization of solutions, working with modern cloud-first architectures and facilitating collaboration across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead technical projects related to AI, data, and platform development.

  • Plan and oversee project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Manage releases, CI/CD, and production deployments.

  • Align global solutions with EMEA architectures and adapt to local needs without compromising consistency.

  • Facilitate communication between technical, product, and business teams.

  • Translate business requirements into clear and feasible technical solutions.

  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and execution metrics.

  • Promote reuse, standardization, and best practices in technical project management.

  • Coordinate the transition from POCs to scalable, maintainable solutions.

  • Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement in development and project practices.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in software development or technical project management.

  • 2+ years leading technical teams or complex projects.

  • Experience managing full product lifecycles and software releases.

  • Familiarity with fullstack architectures (PERN), microservices, and API design (REST/GraphQL).

  • Knowledge of Python, Node.js / Express, and React (desirable).

  • Experience with data platforms (PostgreSQL, SQL, BigQuery, or Microsoft Fabric).

  • Cloud experience (GCP preferred; Azure in corporate environments).

  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.

  • Experience or knowledge of AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems (desirable).

  • Key competencies: technical leadership, stakeholder communication, project planning, risk and dependency management.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with generative AI in production.

  • Knowledge of agent frameworks and workflow orchestration.

  • Experience in global organizations and EMEA alignment.
