About the role
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Excellence Coordinator to strengthen our Cardiac Rhythm Management business across Iberia. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights, elevate sales effectiveness, and enable smarter commercial decision‑making across Spain and Portugal.
You will act as a key business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and EMEA Commercial Excellence teams, driving harmonized analytics, performance management, and best‑in‑class commercial processes.
What you will do
Business Analytics & Performance Management
Design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel, market intelligence tools)
Define, track, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales force effectiveness, distributors, and marketing initiatives
Translate complex data into clear insights for Country Managers and commercial teams
Measure the impact of strategic initiatives and support evidence‑based decision making
Commercial Excellence Initiatives
Support territory alignment, workload analysis, call planning, and market coverage optimization
Lead segmentation and prioritization processes, including market potential assessment and account prioritization
Contribute to pricing strategy to maximize profitability across product lines
Drive continuous improvement of account and territory planning processes
Deliver ongoing competitive intelligence and benchmarking (e.g. AQMen, IHMT)
Incentives & Compensation
Lead the implementation of sales incentive and bonus schemes
Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and incentive design
Business Technology & Data Governance
Partner with EMEA Commercial Excellence and Finance to implement strategic analytics tools locally
Manage and continuously improve commercial systems and business intelligence models
Support data governance, data quality, integrity, and security through local data expert forums
What you bring
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or similar
5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, Finance, or Sales Support
Strong expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel ; solid understanding of databases and BI environments
Strong analytical mindset with proven financial acumen (P&L understanding)
Experience working in matrix and international environments
Ability to influence without authority and manage projects end‑to‑end
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data
Languages: Spanish and English required ; Portuguese is a strong plus
Experience in the medical device / healthcare industry is highly valued
