As our new P&C Operations Specialist , you will be working on an international scope for payroll and benefits. You will be responsible for payroll and corresponding benefits for Italy, Portugal and Spain , c oordinati ng with different departments and teams at international level . In this role, y ou will combine hands-on management of the internal payroll system with experience working with external payroll providers.
Key Responsibilities
Record monthly payroll incidents (bonuses, overtime, one‑time payments), manage flexible remuneration and benefits in kind, and handle settlements, collective agreements, fines, tax penalties, and personal income tax
Employee support: Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, taxation, and deductions
Labor compliance: Ensure compliance with social security obligations, statutory payments, taxes, and employee ‑ related public administration requirements
Personnel administration: Manage employee records and contracts, handle registrations and terminations, oversee medical leave, sickness leave, and absences, and coordinate with relevant public authorities
Maintain and update the Personnel Department’s databases
Work closely with the Finance department to reconcile monthly payroll
What we need to see from you
Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in a payroll-focused role ( e.g. Payroll Specialist), performing functions similar to those described above
International payroll experience is required
Demonstrated experience managing payroll processes across Spain, Portugal, and Italy, including systems such as Sistema RED/SILTRA, AEAT, Segurança Social, AT, and INPS
Experience with payroll systems such as SUMMAR (LABOR), SDWORX (INTEGHRO), META4, A3NOM, SAP, or similar is a plus
Experience with Workday is an advantage
