About the Role
Fixed-term contract due to a temporary replacement, but high ambition of finding talent to grow within Diageo
Diageo brand teams are the custodians of our brands and work to ensure the future growth and success of said brand. As a member of this team you will be the guardian of our the brands within this category and work to shape their future.
Main Accountabilities:
Manage and maintain customer and product master data (creation, update, cleansing, archiving) in SAP.
Oversee the EDI process from the customer and product data perspective: creation, modifications, and updating information in the systems.
Coordinate the creation of new SKUs (finished goods, POS, components, reworks) with internal teams: Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Pricing, etc.
Ensure the reliability of logistics data (Equadis/PIM) and its smooth transmission to our partners (Geodis, GS1, ADELPHE).
Supervise the creation of direct and indirect customer accounts, in collaboration with the sales and credit teams, ensuring proper integration into Intouch and Salesforce.
Maintain and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to data processes and systems, ensuring consistency and traceability.
Ensure smooth data flows between SAP DEP, SAP APO, and Equadis (PIM) for optimal synchronization.
Guarantee data integrity and compliance through regular quality checks (CARM, INCA) and adherence to governance standards.
Lead local and global Data projects, including environmental initiatives and developments related to the EQUADIS tool or EDI.
Provide technical support to SAP users: act as the main point of contact for data-related questions or incidents, correct input errors, and resolve system anomalies.
Produce weekly reports on data performance and quality.
About you
Minimum 2 years of experience in data management (Master Data, Supply Chain, or related field), ideally in an international environment.
Strong expertise in SAP and good knowledge of data systems (SAP, PLM, PIM).
Overall understanding of Supply Chain and commercial processes, especially from a customer and product data perspective.
Excellent analytical skills, rigor, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize to ensure daily data quality and reliability.
Proficiency in office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Ability to solve problems, anticipate needs, and propose sustainable and effective solutions.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with various departments (sales, finance, marketing, logistics…) and collaborate with external partners.
Excellent communication and influencing skills to balance user needs and system requirements.
Proactive mindset, continuous-improvement oriented, capable of optimizing processes and anticipating risks.
Fluent English and Spanish.
