We are searching for the best talent for a EMEA Market Enablement Director – Robotics & Digital .

EMEA Market Enablement Director – Robotics & Digital position will act as an organizational thought leader preparing Europe Middle East Africa region for successful adoption of Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery Robotics & Digital technologies; by turning market insights into optimized commercial strategies & tactics, enabling teams and customers, and driving high‑impact HCP engagements that deliver measurable business outcomes and patient impact. The position will report to Head of Robotics & Digital and Specialty for EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and synthesize market, customer and competitive insights to shape and continuously optimize the regional commercialization approach, capabilities and resources

  • Translate insights into concrete GTM playbooks, refined commercial plans and sales enablement resources for country teams

  • Oversee execution of commercialization plans; in coordination with Global, Regional and Country Partners ensuring alignment, readiness and delivery of desired business outcomes

  • Lead consultative engagements with strategic accounts and C‑suite stakeholders

  • Train and certify commercial teams and cross‑functional partners on the Robotics & Digital value proposition, successful program principles and marketing messaging

  • Manage projects in collaboration with country and x-functional partners

  • Define, track and report regional KPIs. Adjust plans and execution based on learnings

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

  • A minimum of 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in sales & marketing functions and a minimum of 5+ years of people management experience (leading teams or matrixed resources) are required

  • Experience driving adoption, utilization, or scale‑up of complex medical technologies in multiple geographies is required

  • Demonstrated success in C‑suite selling (direct), commercial program management and negotiation are required

  • Prior robotics & digital commercialization experience (highly preferred)

  • Background in surgery, surgical robotics or medical technologies (highly preferred)

  • Prior experience in regional office operations with strong understanding of EMEA market, capital procurement models, GTM and Launch Excellence frameworks (highly preferred)

  • Proven ability to develop, lead, and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering long-term partnerships is required

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and synthesize insights into actionable strategies is required

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise with a demonstrated ability to achieve business results by influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority is required

  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity and learning agility, enabling swift adaptation to evolving business landscapes and new challenges is required

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a track record of presenting ideas clearly, persuasively, and effectively to both customers and commercial teams is required

  • Ability to exercise judgment and appropriate risk taking is required

  • Fluent English (Business Professional) is required
