Overview
The Account Senior Manager leads the strategy, growth, and execution of client accounts within the Health sector. Acting as a key strategic advisor, this role ensures the agency delivers innovative, high-quality solutions while supporting profitability and business growth. The Account Senior Manager also contributes to the development of a high-performing team and helps maintain operational excellence across all projects.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Client Leadership
Supports the development and implementation of account strategies for Health clients, contributing to key strategic decisions.
Identifies growth opportunities and new business within existing accounts and potential clients.
Ensures consistency and alignment across all client communications and initiatives (“One Voice”).
Team Management & Collaboration
Supports and mentors the account team, helping set clear processes and sharing best practices.
Contributes to the development and performance of team members, providing guidance and feedback.
Planning, Execution & Operations
Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and materials.
Supports strategic and tactical planning, integrating emerging technologies where relevant.
Assists in managing account budgets, profitability, and resource allocation.
Presents strategic and tactical plans clearly and confidently to clients.
Client Relationships & Representation
Builds and strengthens relationships with Health clients, proactively identifying opportunities to add value.
Represents the agency at industry associations, events, and conferences relevant to Health when required.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or communications within the Health sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Health Sciences (postgraduate in communications/marketing/advertising preferred).
Knowledge of business trends, marketing channels, and digital technologies applied to Health.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic communication skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
