Overview
As an Account Executive , you will be part of the Accounts team, providing daily service to one or more clients. You will act as the main point of contact with the client team and will be responsible for managing communication projects from an execution perspective.
Your main responsibility will be to coordinate client requests internally within the agency, working with Strategy, Creative, Media teams, and other internal specialists or external providers.
You will primarily work in a 360º communication environment, participating in integrated campaigns and tactical projects.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a direct relationship with the client’s advertising and marketing teams, as well as internal agency departments.
Coordinate different internal teams and, occasionally, external providers.
Manage, coordinate, and take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and coordinate the production and execution of both online and offline projects.
Prepare briefs, status reports, meeting notes, competitive analyses, and presentations.
Monitor budgets for assigned brands and coordinate billing processes.
Coordinate 360º communication projects: radio, outdoor, social media, digital, and other channels.
Work closely with creative, strategic, and production teams (graphic, technical, and audiovisual).
Understand and engage with 360º communication across all its phases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing clients.
Previous experience in an agency environment.
Knowledge of the energy sector and related brands is a plus.
Experience in B2B, B2C, and internal communication campaigns.
Experience in shoots/filming and understanding of the digital environment.
High level of English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Dynamic, flexible, organized, and proactive profile.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Openness to change and new ideas.
Ability to learn and develop creative concepts.
