R10084775 Warehouse / Backup CDL Route Driver (Open)Location:Madisonville, KY - Filling industrialHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Airgas is Hiring for a Warehouse/Backup CDL Route Driver in Madisonville KY Here!At Airgas, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We are looking for you !Forklift Training and Certification providedHazMat Preferred (60 day period to obtain for right candidate)Monday - Friday, start time 7am - Home DailyBenefits Eligibility: 30 daysPossible weekends (on call)We provide a progressive parental leave package for our eligible Airgas parents, offering generous paid time off for the birth or placement of c hildren.Recruiter:Dwayne Darity// Dwayne.Darity@airgas.com/CALL/TEXT 980-317-4848Warehouse / Handler Operations- *Stock, label, pick, pack, and distribute materials and supplies.- Physically receive, check, and store delivered materials in the warehouse; conduct regular inventory checks.- Enforce policies for proper receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, reviewing invoices.- Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.- Strictly observe safety rules and adhere to company policies and procedures.Backup Driver Responsibilities- Deliver compressed gas cylinders and liquid cylinders on a scheduled route to customers.- Load and unload trucks, retrieve empty cylinders, and return them for refilling.- Maintain accurate vehicle documentation and a professional appearance.________________________Are you a MATCH?- *Minimum age: 21 years.- Must have: HAZMAT Endorsement- Valid Class A or B CDL driver's license is mandatory.- Successful completion of Airgas Background and Motor Vehicle Check.- DOT Clearinghouse verification from previous employers is required.- One year of verifiable experience driving similar commercial vehicles within the last five years or completion of an accredited truck driving school program.- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse individuals.- Ability to work in a drug-free environment.- SAP knowledge and basic computer skills is a plus.________________________BenefitsWe care about and support our Airgas Families.
