Overview Due to growth, we are adding a Sr. Systems Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate for this role will be primary in the support and maintenance of the organization Oracle OCI framework as well as the overall AWS and Azure Cloud platform, applications and secrets management. The Sr. Systems Engineer ensures efforts are in alignment with the IT Enterprise Services Department to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions, and services to simplify people\'s lives. Develop and implement maintenance routines and system audits to ensure system integrity. Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration and support processes. Work with Infrastructure, Application Services, Data Services, DBAs and business units to ensure optimal operations and uptime of application environments to set and meet service level agreements. Develop/Support change control and testing processes. Analyze systems for overall performance and give recommendations on improvements. Provide after-hours support.
