JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Duties: Work closely with business partner specialist and implementation team to negotiate and finalize a solution. Provides guidance and direction for everyone involved in the development effort and ensures that tough decisions are made on time. Participate with the business managers in the creation/completion of project charters. Validate project scope and leverages validated scope to maintain project focus. Capture and document user stories based on the development methodology used for the business system. Meets with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and users to elicit and document needs, expectations, constraints and external interfaces using various methods (e.g., brainstorming, document analysis, facilitating meetings, prototyping, requirements workshops). Complete activities according to best practices and standard operating procedures consistently meeting quality standards and striving to add value in each activity. Develop requirements for solution and solution component design. Derive requirements that result from architectural/design decisions. Collaborates with developers and business subject matter experts to analyze requirements and design tradeoffs and priorities. Establish and maintain relationship between requirements for consideration during change management and requirements allocation. Identify and develop requirements for interfaces and acts as a knowledge source for architects, developers and testers. Closely monitor the progress of projects and defects in Jira tool and prioritize the work for the scrum team. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings in confluence or other artifacts. Work with digital analytics counterparts to prepare pre- and postlaunch analyses of the business impact of newly delivered functionality. Telecommuting/Work from home is allowed. Additionally, position requires 5 years of progressive work experience and the following skills: Experience in product development, product management, data/analytics, innovation, and strategy; Experience working in an Agile/Scrum work environment as a Product Owner; and Working in an agile and data-driven environment. Alternatively, employer will accept a master\'s degree in Electronic Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Analytics or a related quantitative field or foreign equivalent.
