What the job looks like: You\'ll be responsible for leadership and architectural oversight for the ServiceNow enterprise platform. * Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for the ServiceNow enterprise platform, ensuring stability, scalability, security, and alignment with federal requirements and organizational objectives. * Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and configurations across multiple instances, following platform best practices and governance standards. * Lead the implementation and sustainment of AI-powered automation solutions * Architect and oversee knowledge management solutions, enabling effective self-service, automated content recommendations, and continuous knowledge optimization. * Develop, deploy, and monitor AI and Machine Learning workflows, ensuring model performance, accuracy, explainability, and compliance with operational and security standards. * Manage complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., identity providers, enterprise platforms, and line-of-business applications) using REST APIs, MID Servers, and integration hubs. * Serve as the technical authority for ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements, ensuring minimal downtime and regression risk. * Establish and enforce development standards, code quality, and configuration management practices; conduct design reviews and provide mentorship to ServiceNow developers.
