This team specializes in the administration, support, installation, and maintenance of Server, Storage, and Backup hardware and software systems. As a Senior System Engineer, you will be a subject matter expert and go-to person to lead system infrastructure discussions around design and architecture. Responsibilities Monitoring, Support, and Operations Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for tier three support on incidents and requests. Take ownership of all systems troubleshooting tasks such as, but not limited to; server O/S issues, application analysis, storage networking, and backup workloads. Provide support, maintain, and configure server, storage, and backup infrastructure that supports standards and procedures. Monitor and develop reporting on the performance of server, storage, and backup infrastructure against KPI\'s and/or SLA\'s. Take preemptive measures to minimize interruptions and meet agreed upon objectives.
