JOB REQUIREMENTS: One of my top clients in Madison is hiring a Project Manager through December with likely extensions into 2027. It\'s managing a significant LMS System Migration. Strong Project Management skills are required, but LMS experience is not required. The role will require 1-2 days a week on site. (Yes or no) Job Title Senior Project Manager - Learning Management System Migration Location Madison, WI (Hybrid - onsite one day per week) Type Contract Duration Through end of year, with potential extension based on project needs Overview We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead a large-scale Learning Management System (LMS) migration initiative. This role will manage the delivery of a complex, customer-facing platform that supports training, professional development, and digital content delivery. The project involves migrating from a legacy LMS to a modern, cloud-based solution and is part of a broader strategic product modernization effort. This is a high-impact role requiring ownership of delivery outcomes, strong coordination across technical and business teams, and effective management of external vendors. The Project Manager will work closely with a Business Analyst and Change Manager as part of a broader delivery team.
