WPS HEALTH SOLUTIONS Senior Process Automation Developer in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description U.S. citizenship is required due to Department of Defense restrictions Our Senior Process Automation Developer designs, develops, implements and maintains automation solutions to streamline and improve business processes. This Developer will partner with business stakeholders and users to understand process requirements, document process flows, and identify automation opportunities. Our Senior Process Automation Developer requires advanced knowledge of process automation tools, strong coding skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows. And will participate in on-call rotation and assist in research for issue resolution. Salary Range: \$100,000 \ \$135,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Enjoy optimizing automation performance by analyzing and improving the speed and efficiency of automated processes. Can develop resources for users to understand and utilize automated solutions. Could maintain expertise in process automation technologies, best practices, and emerging automation trends. Like to provide leadership, expertise, and solutions on complex initiatives including all projects and maintenance work. Would thrive serving as a subject matter expert and mentor for staff in the process automation development team.
