JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Role Snapshot Our Senior IT Change Control Analyst plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the change management process within the organization. This Senior Analyst is responsible for monitoring the change request queue, ensuring changes are reviewed, scheduled, and implemented efficiently while minimizing risk to business operations. They will collaborate closely with change submitters, business stakeholders, and leadership to identify potential conflicts and determine optimal timing for changes to production systems. In addition to handling standard change requests, they are also responsible for processing expedited and emergency changes as needed. Our Sr IT Change Control analyst will lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and facilitates discussions and approvals. This role is part of a cross-functional team that supports both change control and major incident management to ensure stability and continuity of IT services. Salary Range \$80,000 \ \$110,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hybrid Work This position will be hybrid, having the regional availability to come into the Office 3 days (Tue - Thurs) a week. Our office location: WPS Corporate Center Building - 1717 W. Can review change submissions for accuracy, completeness, and potential conflicts with other scheduled changes. Have identified and mitigated risks associated with proposed changes to production systems. Have processed and coordinated expedited and emergency change requests in accordance with established procedures. Can maintain detailed documentation of all change activities in compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements. Like to manage Major Incidents in collaboration with the Major Incident Management team to ensure change-related incidents are managed effectively. Thrive when contributing to the continuous improvement of change management processes and tools. Enjoy providing reports and metrics related to change activities, success rates, and trends to leadership and stakeholders.
