Oracle Senior Director, Product Marketing in Madison, Wisconsin
Job Description
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to own the go-to-market narrative for our AI and analytics portfolio. You'll shape how the market understands our products — from positioning and messaging to launches and pipeline influence — and work closely with product strategy, sales, and executive leadership to drive growth.

Define and own compelling positioning and messaging for AI and analytics products across all buyer segments and industries.
Lead major product launches end-to-end, coordinating cross-functionally to deliver pipeline and revenue impact.
Build and develop a high-performing PMM team, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and customer obsession.
Partner with product strategy to develop enablement tools, competitive battlecards, and ROI frameworks that accelerate deals.
Oversee the AI content ecosystem from thought leadership to demand gen assets to social
Develop full funnel marketing strategy starting with creating product awareness to multi-channel demand gen campaigns
Partner with PR on AI storytelling across earned and paid media
Translate product innovation into differentiated customer-centric storytelling
Develop executive keynotes, thought leadership pieces and product launch messaging
Translate AI narratives into clear sales motions and audience-specific value propositions.
Build pitch frameworks, industry storylines, and deal narratives aligned to GTM priorities.
Recruit, manage and optimize marketing agency execution to achieve our revenue and go-to-market goals
Agency/contract support — Paid amplification and content/creative production as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience leading marketing or communications teams for and go-to-market strategy for cloud-based analytics, data platforms, and AI/ML solutions
Demonstrated ability to craft differentiated positioning and messaging tied to AI Data Platform, and industry-specific data solutions across technical and business buyers
Track record of leading high-impact product launches for cloud analytics and AI services that drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue growth
Strong leadership experience building and scaling marketing teams focused on data and AI portfolios
Expertise in developing sales enablement for complex enterprise deals, including competitive battlecards, as well as ROI/TCO frameworks
Ability to translate AI Data Platform innovations (e.g., autonomous capabilities, embedded AI, unified data platform) into clear, customer-centric value propositions
Experience partnering closely with product management and engineering to align roadmap innovation with market-facing narratives
Ability to translate AI-driven analytics capabilities into clear sales plays, use cases, and audience-specific messaging for CIOs, data leaders, and line-of-business executives
Data-driven mindset with experience using pipeline metrics, consumption signals, and cloud adoption KPIs to optimize GTM strategy

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $161,700 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
