WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Advanced Analytics Mastery Design enterprise-scale Tableau and Power BI solutions with sophisticated calculations, predictive modeling integrations, and embedded analytics frameworks. Optimize analytics performance through data source design, extract optimization, workbook performance tuning, and server capacity management. Pioneer advanced analytics & machine learning capabilities including statistical forecasting, clustering analysis, and recommendation engines within BI platforms. Implement and maintain analytics governance frameworks, including permissions management, content certification, and data lineage. Establish design patterns and dimensional models for optimal BI performance. Implement real-time and near-real-time analytics solutions using live connections and extract refresh strategies. Establish performance monitoring and alerting frameworks for BI platforms and data sources. Drive technical innovation through evaluation of new analytics features, cloud services, and third-party integrations. Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and data governance requirements. Collaborator Partnership Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions. Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops with business users and Digital partners. Communicate technical concepts and constraints to non-technical audiences through clear documentation and presentations. Provide technical expertise during case development and solution scoping initiatives.
