Shift: Night Shift (630PM-7AM)

The Lead Respiratory Therapist will provide staff with a clinical/managerial resource and serve as a mentor. They will assist management with assigned tasks and assist with the daily functions/duties of the Respiratory Department as well as assisting with pulmonary procedures and the daily functions of the bronch team.

Education:

  • Graduate of an approved associate degree program in Respiratory Care

License/Certification:

  • RCP State of Wisconsin licensure

  • Registered Respiratory Therapy credential

  • CPR certification

Experience:

  • 2 years of direct patient care experience in a large critical care facility

  • NICU knowledge and experience

Other:

  • Excellent Communication and organizational skills

  • Advanced computer skills
