What You Will Do Perform on-floor visual inspections of Production and Development products per approved work instructions and inspection plans. Execute with startup and shutdown verifications (MMR) to confirm readiness and documentation accuracy. Perform incoming raw material inspection against documented acceptance criteria Open nonconforming product per procedure Physical scrap material from non-conformance when directed. Perform Batch review and signoff Perform post sort/rework inspection Perform Final Shipment Checks Communicate inspection results with internal team members Supports Isometric ISO13485 continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring Core Qualifications Associate degree in related technical field or 2 + years of relevant experience Understand blueprint reading and GD&T concepts. Knowledge of different inspection equipment and methods. Preferred Qualifications Medical molding and validation experience preferred. As a result, certain roles may require verification defined by ITAR regulations. Compensation & Benefits The expected salary range for this position is \$20.00-\$26.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
